“In the daytime the temperature will rise again to plus values - to 1-3 in the capital and minus 2 – plus 3 in the suburbs. In some places there will be ice, “the report says.
In the week in the capital region, slushy weather is expected with slight precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow. Because of the plus temperature in Moscow and the region, snow can completely melt away. The temperature norm will be exceeded by 7 degrees, RIAMO reports.
