The weather forecast specialist notes that favorable weather phenomena have been created in the metropolitan region for such a weather phenomenon as icy rain.
“Calculations show that in the layer 724-1175 meters a” lens “of heat is formed, and at the ground – a negative temperature and zero, which are favorable conditions for the precipitation of icy rain,” – wrote the expert.
Recall, according to the weather service, the atmospheric front of the Atlantic cyclone will bring today in the Moscow region a small amount of rain and warm air masses.
